2. Personal Data
Personal Data is information that can be used to identify a person. This includes such information as correct name, address, telephone number. Information that cannot be connected to your identity is excluded.
You can use our online system at a basic level without disclosing your identity. If you make an order or enquiry we ask only for the information that is needed for this transaction, for example, Name, Address and Vehicle Identification No.
We store your details on secure servers in Germany. Access is only possible to specially authorised persons who are concerned with technical or commercial work on these servers.
In connection with your internet connection to us, for security purposes we store information that might identify you (for example, IP Address, date, time and pages referred to). No evaluation of this data on a personal basis will occur. We reserve the right however to analyse this data statistically on an anonymised basis.
Customer data of customers who do not register will be deleted immediately after shipping the goods.
3. Data Handling
Every time the human IT website is accessed or every time a file is opened, process-related access data is saved in a log file on our server. This data is stored and may be analyzed for statistical purposes, to improve our services and products. The data will not be traced back to you, unless there has been a serious infringement, such as unauthorized access or access attempts and/or attacks on our IT infrastructure.

4.1 General Rights
By law, you have the right to receive free information at any time about your stored personal data, their origin and recipients as well as the purpose of data processing, and you have the right to correction, deletion or restriction of use of these data, if applicable. 4.2 Right to Data Portability
You have the right to have data that we automatically process on the basis of your consent or for the performance of a contract delivered to you or a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you lodge an objection, we will no longer process your personal data, unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

We store the data you entered in the contact form until you ask us to delete them, revoke your consent to their storage or when the purpose of the data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal requirements ─ particularly retention periods ─ remain unaffected.

8. Contents provided by Third Parties
This online offer features contents of Google (Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) like YouTube and Google Maps. This always requires that the providers of these contents (hereinafter referred to as Third Parties) can see the IP address of the users. Without the IP address, they would not be able to send the contents to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is a requirement in order for the contents to be displayed. We make every effort to use only those contents whose respective providers use the IP address only for the delivery of the contents. However, we have no influence on whether third parties store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. As far as this is known to us, we inform the users about this. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Par. 1f GDPR. The legitimate interest is the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer.
